Payroll Manager - Remote

Global Payroll Manager

£65K PA DOE

A leading global technology company is seeking a talented Global Payroll Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, deductions, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
Process payroll for employees across multiple jurisdictions.
Prepare and submit required government reports, including tax returns and wage statements.
Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure the accuracy of payroll data.
Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
Research and implement payroll system improvements and best practices.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will be CIPP qualified
Must be fluent in English and either German, Italian, or Dutch to be considered.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in global payroll administration, preferably in a multinational organisation.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including tax codes and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
