Payroll Manager - Remote

Global Payroll Manager 

£65K PA DOE

A leading global technology company is seeking a talented Global Payroll Manager to join their dynamic team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, deductions, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
  • Process payroll for employees across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and submit required government reports, including tax returns and wage statements.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure the accuracy of payroll data.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
  • Research and implement payroll system improvements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate will be CIPP qualified 
  • Must be fluent in English and either German, Italian, or Dutch to be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global payroll administration, preferably in a multinational organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including tax codes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
