A leading global e-commerce company with an amazing culture is seeking a talented Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage financial risk and compliance.
• Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial systems and processes.
• Supervise the finance team and provide mentorship and guidance.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the UK e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of UK financial accounting principles and standards (e.g., UK GAAP, IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
