Global Payroll Manager
£65K PA DOE
A leading global technology company is seeking a talented Global Payroll Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, deductions, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
- Process payroll for employees across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare and submit required government reports, including tax returns and wage statements.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure the accuracy of payroll data.
- Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
- Research and implement payroll system improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate will be CIPP qualified
- Must be fluent in English and either German, Italian, or Dutch to be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global payroll administration, preferably in a multinational organisation.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including tax codes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
